I have to agree with someone who said that the Fuchs sisters still need to practice customer friendliness. I arrived at the reception for the first time last week and Ms. Fuchs didn't say a word behind the counter, not a hello, just a quick look, left the field to her colleague - but stood up and greeted me exuberantly with a handshake and small talk a few minutes later regular customers entered the room. I am also a (paying) guest and would like to be warmly greeted by the manager on my first visit. That was very unprofessional and definitely affects guests negatively, certainly not just me.

Very nice hotel, delicious food in the restaurant and a great breakfast. Friendly staff, attention is paid to details > recurring motif from the family name (the fox) is really nice. There is even a pillow catalog so you can order the right pillow for you. Definitely coming back 😊.

We spent my husband's 30th birthday in Spielweg. The stay itself was quite nice. However, I have a few points of criticism that came to my attention, the service just laughed it off, which I didn't think was that great given the price structure. - we just wanted to have a coffee on the sun terrace in the afternoon -> we ordered, but we were then forgotten. -We ordered an aperitif at dinner. The Mule game path (highly recommended) was just stupid because it came so late that we got the starter very shortly afterwards. But the ginger overpowered the food. We were practically forgotten for the second time. -It was very, very loud in the room -We were not taken into account at breakfast. We weren't asked if we wanted something to drink. Unfortunately, only the neighboring tables had the menu for egg dishes. Forgotten for the 3rd time?! Everything else was excellent though

We had lunch at the Spielweg restaurant. The food was very good, with an “Asian touch” and something special. We expected a little more from the service, it seemed a bit reserved and hectic.
